Built in 2021, this gated apartment building is modern, warm and built to a high specification. Located at the far end of the building this apartment is the farthest from the road so is very quiet.

The large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge has all you need for a night in with a full kitchen, a dining table for two and a 3 seater couch in front of a 55” Smart TV. A heat pump is available for those cooler (or warmer) nights. The bedroom has a very comfortable commercial grade queen bed, a full wardrobe, and two bedside cabinets.

On those warm nights, sit outside in the private, quiet garden area.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the complex via a PIN to the vehicle and the pedestrian gate. Once inside, guests have full access to the apartment.
